  • Eitan Konstantino, PhD
    CEO, Co-Founder
    • Prior to leading QT Vascular Ltd., Dr. Konstantino founded TriReme Medical, LLC and Quattro Vascular Pte Ltd. Dr. Konstantino was co-founder, President and Chief Scientist of AngioScore, Inc from its inception until 2007. Dr. Konstantino is the primary inventor of the AngioSculpt catheter and the Easy Exchange delivery system. Previously, Dr. Konstantino was the CEO & COO of Advanced Stent Technologies (“AST”), a bifurcation stent company that was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2004. He co-invented the Petal bifurcation stent that is currently with Boston Scientific. Prior to AST, he was Chief Technical Officer of Bypass Ltd, a developer of nitinol anastomotic devices for minimally invasive heart surgery. Dr. Konstantino is co-founder of Singapore Medtech Accelerator (“SMA”), an appointed Biomedical Science Accelerator (“BSA”) under the Singapore Government’s Research, Innovation and Enterprise 2015 plan. Dr. Konstantino is also an appointed member of Singapore’s government SPRING Medtech Network of Advisors.
      Dr. Konstantino received his PhD from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

  • Randal H. Farwell
    Chief Financial Officer
    • Mr. Farwell brings over 30 years of financial and multinational business experience. Prior to joining QT Vascular, he retired as a partner of KPMG in their International Corporate Services practice where he served the needs of KPMG’s multinational client base. Mr. Farwell started his career in KPMG’s Portland, Oregon office and from there completed a two-year secondment with KPMG’s Singapore firm. He then returned to KPMG’s Los Angeles office in 1990 where he continued until his retirement on September 30, 2012. Mr. Farwell received his MS degree, Taxation, from Portland State University and his Bachelor of Science degree, business management, from Corban University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) licensed by the California Board of Accountancy.

  • Maria Pizarro, PMP
    Executive Vice President, Vice President of Research & Development
    • Ms. Pizarro brings over 25 years of industry experience developing and manufacturing high technology products as well as medical devices. Her early career experience involved working at various aerospace companies: Hughes Aircraft (Raytheon), TRW, Loral-Librascope, and Eaton Corporation. Ms. Pizarro spent 10 years at Boston Scientific, Neurovascular Division, where she led neurovascular minimally invasive device research (intracranial implantable devices) and development projects from concept to commercialization. Prior to joining TriReme, Ms. Pizarro was the Director of Research and Development at AngioScore Inc., where she led the development of cardiovascular and peripheral devices. A certified project manager, Ms. Pizarro obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and continued her post-graduate studies at UCLA.

  • Momi Brosh
    General Manager, Singapore operations
    • Momi Brosh has over 15 years of management experience. From 2001 to 2005, he was a member of the Secretariat of the Kibbutz Shefayim Corporation, a collective community in Israel. From 2003 to 2005, he was also the vice president of marketing and sales at Polycad Industries, a leading plastic manufacturer in Israel. Thereafter, from 2005 to 2007, Momi Brosh was the vice president of marketing and sales in Tlaton Ltd, a company that specializes in missile and satellite packages for the aeronautics industry. And from 2008 to 2010, Momi Brosh was a freelance marketing consultant in the defense industry. Momi earned a Diploma in Industrial & Management Engineering and in Marketing from the Ruppin Academic Centre in Israel in 1997. Momi Brosh also graduated from the Marketing and Sales Management Program at the Israeli Management Centre in Tel Aviv, Israel in 2004.
